Catering. When CEO Michael (Mike) Rabe started Creations in Catering 30 years ago, his strong sense of Ohana (family) was utilized as a core principal in creating a successful business. Michael grew up on the very island which he has served and uses his wealth of knowledge, experience, and ties to the community to maintain a culture of hospitality. This guiding principal permeates every aspect of the Creations in Catering set of company values. Michael is the recipient of a number of prestigious awards, including the Sheraton Aloha Award in 1979, Filipino Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2006, ICA Star Service Award in 2009.
